The spirit of the game, represented by fair play and sportsmanship will be its guiding principle.
Players and coaches will be supported to create and maintain a positive learning environment during training and games, demonstrated by an educational focus, calm player instruction and an emphasis on participation. Success will be measured through resulting improvements in football performance, not just game outcomes.

HISTORY
In 2005, Flame United Football Club was established to help the children of retired military personnel as well as the ones still in service develop their football skills. It was in 2005 when Coach Ravelo Saluria decided to make a change in the lives of the dependents by involving them in the sport.
In 2006, Coach Saluria joined hands with Engr. Perry Camba to be the pioneer member of the Cavite Football Association. Since then, the partnership sprouted and grew bigger and bigger until Flame United Football Club evolved from a kids club to a much wider scope.
Today, Flame United Football Club has been helping the youth sector specially those that are economically challenged. Flame United Football Club has been encouraging its players to pursue their studies as a matter of fact; Flame United Football Club is now the partner of Arellano University and Philippine Christian University where its players are currently the varsity members of the aforementioned school.
In 2012, Cherifer helped the team and because of that, Flame United Football Club was able to compete in national level type of competition were the team emerged as Champions in most of its tournaments. That opportunity gave way for the Flame United Football Club members to play in the United Football League where the team was able to forge a partnership with Dolphins United and FC General Trias International by loaning Flame players to play in the second division. Because of the vast opportunity that the team landed, they again evolved and change its name to Flame United Cherifer Football Club. Since then, the club achieved even greater heights.
2013 was another successful year for Flame United Cherifer FC (FUCFC). Actively participated in Cavite Football Association tournaments capturing championships at Cavite Cup , Cherifer Cup and provincial elimination of the PFF Smart Club National Championships; the team went on to win the Regional Group Finals and eventually qualified to the final four of the said prestigious tournament. FUCFC finished 1st Runner-up in the 2013 Philippine National Games Futsal Tournament and the 7th CAFA Cup to finish a strong year for the team.
This 2014 Season was a continuing success from 2013 Season. In 2014, the growth of the team continued to rise as besides being an active member of CAFA, and has been defending its provincial championship in PFF Smart National Men’s Club Championship, the Club expand its horizon with the partnership with Dolphins United to join the United Football League. With the country’s premier league in its portfolio, the players were able to level up their experience and eventually became mature.
Between 2014 to 2016, the club participated in every PFF-Smart National Club Championships as well as the upcoming semi-professional league, the Mabuhay Champions League and has since then earned the respect of Philippine Football community with respectable finishes in every national championships the club went through with relatively unknown local players in its line-up. The names like Alvin Obero, Chris Pino, Perry Camba, Jr., Julius Lorilla, Jumar Dexisne, Kaiser Orcine, Paolo Salenga, Mark Ian Baldo, Robin Cainglet, Roberto Corsame, Jr, Cymun Sanquillos, Alvin Banta, Mario Titoy, Jericho Desalisa, Jambell Guinabang and Charles Gamutan are only few names that made impact from obscurity before carving their names in the football community.
In 2017, Flame United Cherifer FC won the Mayor Biron Intercollegiate Football Invitational to become the back to back champion.
These opportunities will have great effect in the future of the players of Flame United Cherifer FC. With most of its members belonging to economically challenged environment, there is no better success than to see the bright future of the players of the club.
